Return and Refund Policy

UK Domestic Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy for orders within the United Kingdom. The 14-day period begins from the date the parcel is signed for. You must return your item within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund.

To request a return, please email with your full name and order number.

Returned items must be in exactly the same condition as sent and include all original packaging:

  • Loop Vintage tags attached in original position
  • Product original box, if applicable
  • Dust bag, if applicable
  • Protective materials
  • All accessories
  • Original authenticity cards, if applicable

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Loop Vintage reserves the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.


International Orders & Returns

We do not accept international returns.

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes are not included in the item price. These charges are determined by local customs authorities.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, return shipping costs and any non-refundable DHL charges will be deducted from the refund.


Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. To cancel before shipping, email with your order number.

If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the return process above.


Refunds

You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected. We will confirm whether your refund has been approved following this inspection.

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
